CRITERIA

We require the following prior to a vehicle being leased:

• First weeks agreement fee paid in advance.
• Copy of drivers spsv license.
• Copy of drivers driving license, front and back.
• Recent utility bill, no older than 3 months old.
• Copy of drivers passport.
• Insurance in place.
• Bank account details for weekly standing order.

Criteria for insurance coverage:

• Driver must have a full clean driving license.
• Driver must have no accidents claims or convictions in the last 5 years (5 years no claims bonus in a taxi).
• Driver must be over 25 years of age.
• Driver must produce the original letter of no claims from the previous insurance company.

New drivers to the industry are accepted by the insurance company, but the minimum requirement is a full no claims bonus in a private car. The insurance premium for drivers in this category is very expensive, call for further information.

Insurance changes:

Due to the increases in insurance premiums and for the purpose of transparency we no longer package insurance cost into our contract. Drivers are required to pay for insurance directly, by way of bank transfer to the insurance company or by monthly instalments.
